Introducing Oaky Bay Coomera Project, an aspirational collective of boutique residences, creating a new level of living to the Far Northern Gold Coast. D.S.D designed and produced a custom main switchboard, main distribution board and 5 riser meter panels suitable for Tower 3 of this residential apartment complex.
Design Switchboards and Distribution was approached to provide a customised option for their market-leading custom main switchboard (MSB) Distribution Board, and 5 riser meter panels.
Oaky Bay is a boutique community constructed in 3 stages – the Tower 3 being first and in construction now, and completing in 2023 with 54 apartments. Second Tower being started in construction early 2023 and completed early 2024, with the last tower commencing construction in 2024 and being completed 2025. In total there will be 167 apartments with plentiful resort style amenities.
Oaky Bay is perfectly positioned within Coomera’s marine precinct.
