Chevron Island Odyssey is a Lifestyle Care Communities’ project on Chevron Island, which is a significant development in senior living. The project is designed to offer a luxurious lifestyle with a focus on community and care for seniors. The construction of this five-star care community has begun, promising a lifestyle rich in experience and convenience for its residents.
Design Switchboards and Distribution (DSD) has been selected to provide a Main Switchboard and Distribution Board for this Project. Part of our partnership with Schneider Electric we will be delivering an MSB and DB from the PrismaSeT Low Voltage Switchboard range.
Design Switchboards and Distribution was approached to provide a customised and a complete solution for this luxury development. Working in partnership with Schneider Electric we have built a truly spectacular MSB using the PrismaSeT Low Voltage Switchboard range.
Residents of Odyssey Chevron Island will benefit from a curated selection of 5-star amenities, including restaurant dining, coffee shops, a piano lounge, swimming pool with entry lift assistance, gymnasium, function room, multiple cinemas, and wine cellars. The community also provides comprehensive onsite care, with qualified staff available 24 hours a day, offering services ranging from initial to high care, palliative care, rehabilitation support, and dementia management.
The project is not only a significant investment in the quality of life for seniors but also a boost to the local economy, creating numerous construction jobs and, once completed, over a hundred permanent positions. This initiative reflects a growing trend towards luxury senior living, where the emphasis is on creating environments that offer both care and an enriched lifestyle.
The development offers a range of spacious one, two, and three-bedroom apartments, along with nine luxurious penthouses. These residences are designed with comfort, dignity, and independence in mind.
