Capital Court Apartments is a large scale multi-residential project located on the Gold Coast. We designed and produced main switchboards, and riser meter panels to suit the project.

The Capital Court Apartments development will consist of four separate towers connected across a central podium featuring rich landscapes, lawns, a pool, and other communal amenities.
The project will see a total of 446 new apartments built in the nine to 16-story development, consisting of one- plus media and two-bedroom apartments.
The Varsity Lakes project will be developed in two stages. Each stage will comprise separate basements to cater for resident, commercial, and guest parking. The guest parking will include five electrical vehicle charging points.
Boasting a village atmosphere, the towers will have a ground-floor cafe, outdoor swimming pool area, gymnasium, dog off-leash area, communal amenities, and outdoor BBQ areas, including a rooftop BBQ and sundeck.
