Introducing MILES Residences Project, a mixed use development at Kirra Point. D.S.D is providing a complete solution with a custom main switchboard, 7 Riser Meter Panels and Take Off Boxes. As part of our partnership with Schneider Electric we will be delivering a solution from the PrismaSeT Low Voltage Switchboard range.
Design Switchboards and Distribution was approached to provide a customised option for this multi stage development. Working in partnership with Schneider Electric we have built a truly spectacular board using the PrismaSeT Low Voltage Switchboard range. Additionally, we have provided our market-leading Riser Meter Panels and Take Off Boxes.
Miles Residences is Stage 1 of the 4 stage mixed use development. The inclusion of a luxury resort hotel in addition to a diverse residential offering and retail activity will enhance Kirra’s vibrant beach culture and status as a family-friendly destination.
Situated on one of the rare Australian north-facing beaches. The KTQ Group’s $380 million re-development of the site will feature 118 apartments in total and a new pub and pavilion. The project also includes a split level penthouse, with a bespoke rooftop entertaining terrace and private pool.
